• Retrieve the folder onto your desktop.

• Open the ‘Game Files’ folder inside the extracted file and double-click on the Setup.exe file. Click install and hold till it gets downloaded.

• Navigate to the Redist folder and double-click on ‘dxwebsetup.exe’ to install it.

• An icon of the program would appear on your desktop. Right-click on it and select ‘Run as administrator.’

• A black screen might appear when you open the game for the first time but be patient as it’d run smoothly from next time.

• Your shadows should be set at either low or medium in the ‘in-game graphics options’ or else a black square will appear below your characters instead of indoor shadows.

• Read the ‘Resolution change.txt’ file given in the ‘Game Files’ folder if you are unable to change the resolution from 800×600 to any other. If they require the administrator permission, move your file to the desktop, make the changes and restore it to its original place.

• To uninstall this series, go to Control Panel>Programs and Features.
